How do I pay?
Payment is made on the day of the tour, in cash or by bank transfer. No upfront payment required — just fill in the form and Morgan will confirm your booking.
What if it rains?
Paris is beautiful in all weathers! Tours run rain or shine. In case of heavy rain, Morgan will contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.
Can I book for a family?
Absolutely — tours are great for families! Children under 12 are free. Just mention it in the form and Morgan will adapt the pace and storytelling.
Can I request a custom time?
Standard slots are 10am and 2pm, but Morgan is flexible. Add your preferred time in the message field and we will do our best to accommodate.
What languages are available?
Tours are available in English and French, or bilingual. Just select your preference in the form.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48h before the tour. Within 48h, please let Morgan know as soon as possible so the spot can be offered to someone else.
